Computer not ready

Computer not ready
After battery disconnection I still waiting for computer to be set, drove already about 500 miles.
Small info:
I barely drive my Honda Accord 2007: I bought it new in November of 2006 and it still have only 3500 miles on it. Anyway: my battery was discharged, probably I didn't close door completely or something else, not sure. I recharged the battery, but it didn't pass emission test after 3 month of driving: computer was not ready (catalyst and evaporation). Well, i basically drove only couple blocks to the shop or something like this.
Anyway, after this I drove to my sister in NJ and back around 130 miles and computer still was not ready. Now I back from Pocono, it is about another 260 miles and computer still not ready. Now I am really mad. My emission expired, but to pass I need to drive car. I heard some owners drive about 600 miles until #$%^&* computer will set ready.
I appreciate any suggestions.

I don't think there is a fuse you can pull (like my 95) that will reset the PCM.
You might have to take it to a dealership and have them properly clear the the PCM (engine computer). Maybe you can find a shop that specializes in Hondas in your area and get a quote from them.

I did not check for any stored codes. I am pretty sure that there is no codes, but probably I have to check just in case.
I just called Honda Automobile Customer Service (1-800-999-1009) and they told me that there is nothing wrong with the car and i just need to drive it more. They told me also that dealer can not set computer to be ready, so basically i have no choice.
Having this Honda I like my 94' Cadillac STS more and more.

Check this thread. My Helm book only goes up to 2006 but I expect it to be very similar. Note the actual driving conditions to be satisfied, not just "how many miles".
