Confirmed Fix - 94 Windows and Door locks not working?
I have a 94 Accord LX and non of the windows are getting power and neither are the door locks. Im sure this question has already been answered but Im having a hard time finding the solution. If anyone has any idea what the problem can be please help. All the fuses are good and the relay is good but no power from the main fuse box. Anybody have a diagram to all the ground spots? Relay diagrams? Anything? Im dying here!!

How did you verify the relay was good? How did you test the fuses? Have you done any work recently on the car, or have any recent repairs or accidents? I just want to make sure that you didn't overlook something.
The next step for me would be to unplug the relay and use a volt meter on the four pins in the fuse box. Attach the black volt meter lead to a good ground. Then use the red lead on the four pins. When using the volt setting, two of the pins should have 12V with the key in the II position.
Next switch the meter to ohms (or continuity). Test the two pins that had no power. One should have ~zero resistance to ground. The other one should be open to ground.
Let us know what you find.

I checked all the fuses and replaced all 4 20amp fuses with new ones. I'm getting power to the switch in the driver's door but nothing is working. Only thing i can think of is the 4 ground points under the dash but how do i check those and how do i get to the one on the driver's side?

You remove, inspect for corrosion, install, and retighten. There is no definitive test as such. You could check resistance from wire to ground, but that could be misleading also (very low current flow from VOM).
good luck

All 4 of those that you just listed. I dont remember the number to it but the one on the drivers side in the dash is tough to get to. Considering Im a 6foot 285 pound white guy my sausage fingers dont fit to well in that tight of a location. lol All for look good and seem to be tight and no corrosion. Im stumpted now?!?!?!
