Coolant leak
I have some pics of a place on my car I am getting a coolant leak. Can someone tell me how to fix this or what's causing the problem?
It's on the backside of the motor. The pipe runs above the oil pressure switch.

You should list the year of the car, etc.
Anyways, there is an o-ring on that end of the connecting pipe there. The other end connects to the thermostat housing and has another o-ring; so, you probably should get two o-rings to replace both ends.

It looks like it is leaking from the o-ring that is on the end of the coolant line. That stiff line is relatively easy to unbolt and slide out in order to replace the o-ring. Confirm that is where it is coming from before replacing.

Thanks. I was happy with how clean it was when it arrived. Hope it runs as good as it looks.

I would cut to the chase and juts get the o-ring from your local dealer. It should only be a couple of bucks.

Got the O-rings from a local dealer. Went to change them tonight and couldn't get the pipe loose. I removed the thermostat housing and tubes on the back. Just couldn't get the pipe loose. It there another mounting point I missed?
