Default cruise control failure, need HELP!!

I just got a 99 Accord LX V6 with 68K miles on it, however I noticed the cruise control is not working. The switch on the left of steering wheel can be turned on, just the buttons on the steering wheels is not responsive (the cruise light in the dash was also off). Another symptom is the D4 light in the dash is not working as well, can these two symptom lead to same cause? If I want to check fuse, could u guys tell me which one I should check? Sorry I do not have a manual.

with electrical problems I'd just go through and check all of the fuses, to test that D4 light you may need to pull the guages and make sure that it has power going to it when it's supposed to, might just be a burnt out bulb, However, if the cruise light doesn't come on and the D4 light doesn't work I'd say it's a fuse issue

I think the RPMs are normal, I just checked the fuse, it looks all right. somebody said it might be a dead speed sensor, but both my speed gauge and odometer works fine.

Desert, do you have most of the fuse locations in a form or image that we could post in a FAQ... I've got a few years covered but nothing newer than 94.... any thoughts?
