Exclamation Dashboard gauges are stuck

Hi, I have a 2001 Honda Accord Coupe, Automatic, 4 cylinder.
I filled my gas at Chevron when it read about 1/4 gas remaining on the fuel gauge. After I turned on the car, the gauge was stuck at that same level and also I believe all the other gauges are stuck. The speedometer is stuck at like 20mph. Temperature gauge is stuck about halfway. The odometer is stuck at the same number about 137K miles. Tachometer is stuck at some low RPM. They remain stuck at such levels even if I turn on or off the car. Another note is that I replaced my radiator about a week ago. Is there something I can do to manually fix this problem or is it serious enough to go ask a mechanic?
Thanks.

Oh I have a pic of the instrument panel with the car turned off. I think all of the gauges are frozen but the gear shift display on the dash works when I am moving gears from drive-> park, reverse, etc. The panel lights still work, it's just the readings on the gauges are stuck. Been searching forums about other people's similar problems like checking the fuses for blown ones, checking trunk for the connector and ground yellow wire, and maybe reconnecting VSS under hood. I'll try all these first and hopefully car still drives so I can take it to a mechanic if this turns out to be a fail.
