desperate need of help with 97 v6 automatic accord

Default desperate need of help with 97 v6 automatic accord

. Here's my issue. My wifes accord had a bad rear main seal leak, took the tranny off replaced the seal and bolted the tranny back on,went to put the bolts that connect the flexplate to the torque converter. Now the crank is stuck.any1 have any ideas on how to solve this issue. Also I must have removed the shift linkage while it was in gear bcuz now I don't here the tranny shifting gears. I haven't started the car yet still have to put some parts back togeter.please help

How are you trying to turn the crank?

Using a socket wrench. I solved that problem. Had to realign the flexplate and torque converter. Now my prob is a check engine light and blinking d4 light

Problem solved the torque converter and flexplate were'nt aligned. Cars up and running again
