Only the SE, EX-L and EX-L (V6) come with leather. See this link for what the different trim levels come with:
Find out what trim level is, he may have meant EX-L.

You need to know the mileage, condition of the car, etc. before considering any price.
Get his car VIN, then enter it into a online Honda dealer site like Bernardi Honda parts and it should give you the trim level.

3,000 mile and excellent condition would be a steal at $20,000 for one with leather. Is it a 4 or 6 cylinder? But, better check if there really are no problems, cause why would he be selling it? However, you will still have the bumper-to-bumper warranty on it.
When you test drive it, make sure you take it to freeway speeds to make sure there are no vibrations. There are a few cases where vibrations occur at higher speeds.

Okay so i found out its actually a SE 2011 honda accord, yes 3000 miles but when i blue book it, it says exc cond is 21,000 and fair is 19,000 so i feel like its not a steal :/
and what kind of vibrations are you talking about at higher speeds, so i know exactly what to pin point out when test driving
