Do Accura RSX rims fit Accord2000 V6 ?
#2
Brake clearance should be the same as long as it's the same nominal size. RSX rims 15" or 16"? Or maybe 14" then they won't fit.
RSX is lighter, so 16" Accord rims might be wider than 16" RSX rims.
Got any more information about the specific rims?

Jim,
My Honda Acccord2000 EX oem rims are 15"x6.5", hole pattern 5x114.3mm (4.5"), I have winter tires on them now and need extra set for summer tires.
Someone is selling Acura RSX 16" used rims, I don't know the width but hole pattern is the same. I'm worried if caliper clearance is sufficient.
Do you think it would not be safe to use them on Honda, since Acura is lighter car?
Thanks

The wheels will fit quite nicely. The stock tire size for the RSX is 205/55-16 which is slightly smaller in overall diameter to a 205/65/15. I would recommend going with the 205/60-16 used on the 2003 and newer v6 accords.
The width is the same on both at 6.5" as well as the bolt pattern at 5-4.5

As an alternative I'm looking at 17" TSX rims and 215/50R17 tires, would it be a better choice then RSX 16" as a summer replacement of my OEM 15" Accord rims?
The width on 17" is larger 7", would they still fit?
Thanks
