Default Does my engine sound ok?

My car is burning oil just wondering if anybody could here anything that could possibly be wrong with it. My guess is that the oil control rings are stuck with carbon because compression is still ok. Any opinions agreeing or disagreeing would be helpful thanks.

Couldn't get your videos to work, but most causes of burning oil aren't things you can hear.

My engine sounds just like the first vid, and it uses about 1/2 qt or less between 5,000 mile oil changes.

I'm pretty sure i put the timing belt in too tight. COuld this be causing the noise i'm hearing? If not what is it? a slight rod knock? Any info would help. Thanks
