Really weird issue. Trying to upgrade my cars audio system but would like to fix this issue first being it’s an electrical one. The light on the dash for the driver side door being ajar and dome light comes on whenever I make left turns or any sharp turns in any direction.

Is the dome light set to off or door?

 

I’ve set it off so the light would stop coming on. But when I first noticed the issue it was set to door. So sharp turns would cause both ajar light and dome light to come on. This is the dome light in the middle of the car btw

I think the issue is the driver's door switch or circuit is turning on the dome light when set to door, like you would when you actually open the door. Now the question is why.

You can try unplugging the door switch. If the light comes on, then the green wire to the door switch is getting grounded along the way. If the light stays off, then it almost has to be the door switch or some corrosion in the connector to the door switch.
