Ebay 03-05 accord LED Headlights with 2 angel eyes

Well

I heard that the angel eyes with blue colors are illegal in USA and Canada.

Is there any ways to change the colour of the angel eyes ? to normalyellow rings?

Also the LED color, can i change it?

ive had those halos for over 6 months now and i havent been pulled over and i live in the NYC area. The bulbs in mine have since blown thou. So you may want to be warry of buying them. to change the color of the led bulb youd have to open the headlight housing and remove the bulb that way. I dont think theres an eaiser way. i could be wrong?
