EGR Valve Replacement

PAhonda,
Removing intake manifold . Sounds like this is getting more involved than I’m comfortable with.
Don’t know why I couldn’t snake the ports out with a wire or something.

LOL...that's not possible. Honestly it's not that bad though. I did it a couple weeks ago. Just a lot of bolts to unscrew, it's a like a puzzle with instructions on how to take apart than put back together.

Yes, and I would go with maybe this one.
Buy Felpro Intake Manifold Gasket Set MS 94125-1 at Advance Auto Parts

I would really take off the intake and such and clean out those ports.
If you are not really familiar with it, that's ok. Its not easy to take it off, but its not hard either. Its kinda in the middle for a novice, for a mechanic its like eating pie. You can do it.
