Electric Window Regulators/motors
1. This may be a moot question, but we have a 1993 Accord and the driver side window seems to be done for. I replaced the motor with a junkyard piece but it seems to be the "Window Regulator" as the culpert too. The gears on the Regulator seem to be worn out from too much useage. So when the new motor went in it doesn't mesh as well. we end up helping it or just leaving it up
Is there a good aftermarket replacement "electric window regulator" or am I gong to have to bite the bullet on one from the dealer?? I know the replacement motor was about $100 from the dealer because of course we have the relay-in-the-motor, not just a motor model.
2. only the passenger front window works neither of the back windows even make a sound when we try to put them down, any suggestions?
