Default electrical problem

I have a 1999 Accord EX. The lights on the clock and auto shift column on the floor do not illuminate at night. I am able to see what gear I am in by using the dash display only. I have already checked the fuses and they all tested fine. Does someone have any idea what the problem might be?

Light bulbs? Possible harness damage. I would start right at the bulb and see if you have voltage.

yup whip out your trusty old multimeter, you ve got one right? also......you have a set of fuses that are under the hood on the passenger side. did you check those? there is a fuse under there that controls the clock. i just burned mine out the other day with my big *** stereo.
