electrical problem!!!
I have a 1994 Honda Accord Wagon and the intermittent wipers, rear window defroster, cruise control, front parking light, dome light & key chime all stopped working at the same time. Windshield wipes work on normal speed, however, in addition to intermittent not working the wipers also won't work when you try to clean the windows. I have checked all fuses and fuseable links (under dash and under hood) - all were ok.

That is a lot of stuff going at the same time. Did you check the fuse boxes in the engine bay and the one under the driver's side dash? Also download the 94 shop manual from the spooner link in the Online Manuals thread in the DIY section.
If you have a volt meter, I would start with the rear defogger, because it will be the quickest to test. The fuses to check are #8 and #1 in the under dash fuse box.
Pry out the rear defogger and unplug the connector. There should be 6 wires. Turn the key to the II position.
There should be 12V on the blk/yel, yel/wht, and yel/grn wires to ground (use a bolt that is bare metal for a ground). The blk wire should have ~ zero resistance to ground (closed circuit).
