Default engine codes

Hey guys my engine light went on today. When I first started the car(I haven't run it for a month because I was on vacation) it stuttered really bad and the engine light started to flash after about 30 seconds it cleared up and ran normal and the engine light stayed on without flashing. When I ran the codes I got code 65 and code 72.
I am pretty sure that that code 72 is my fuel injecter on cylinder 2. I had the engine light flash before and when I tapped the injecter it ran smooth again and the engine light went off
However I am not sure what code 65 means. Is it telling me I need a new rear o2 sensor?? Any help would be really appreciated! Thankyou!

you probably didn't use gas stabilizer and the gas fouled over your vacation. Put some Techron concentrate from wal-mart or any auto parts store into the gas tank. Drive it like a mad-man (Italian tune-up) and re-fill with high quality gas from chevron, shell, etc.

I was actually just thinking of replacing the injecter with a new one since it did happen before. Any ideas on code 65?

Code 65 is Secondary O2 sensor heater circuit fault; open or short in the wiring, connector, sensor, or possibly ECM.

Disconnect O2 sensor and check resistance (10-40 ohms) of heater circuit (two identical colored wires usually gray). If open or shorted, replace O2 sensor. If OK, go to ECM connector w/ these wires, disconnect and check for open/short in wiring. If good, the ECM is likely root of fault.

good luck

What year/model is this car?

Beginning in 2003 the sensor heaters have different resistances.
