Engine Knocking?

Engine Knocking?
I think I have what is some knocking but I'm not completely sure. It sounds exactly like the knocking I sometimes hear when flying, but it only happens when the engine is lukewarm-hot and around 1500 RPM while accelerating. I checked the heat shield and it is quite snug, the upstream o2 sensor is tight, and there are no other loose parts I could find. Any ideas? I tried to get a video but I can't get any decent audio.
Thanks!

Sounds are hard over the net.
So a few dumb questions to try to help narrow it down.
Do you "feel" this in anyway in the seat, gas pedal or see it in the RPM gauge?
Light acceleration or if under heavy/full throttle accel does it seem to go away or not happen?

Not dumb questions at all, I should have been more specific in my OP.
I cannot feel it at all, it is most prominent under heavier throttle applications (>40%) but only in a roughly 150 rpm band near 1500 rpm in every gear. I will sometimes hear it during lighter or normal acceleration and sometimes when I rev it in neutral, but again it is almost guaranteed during heavier throttle applications while accelerating.

Not sure of the milage but this might just be the valve lash needing adjustment.....don't go there yet.
But as I said, your knock is my rattle. So these are hard.
Be sure to check the hangers on the exhaust system as well/
