Engine pulsing upon light throttle when cold
I have a 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid. On occasion it will pulsate as I accelerate on to the hwy. (Pulsate) as you can feel lost of power and gain of power for 5 seconds and it pulsates several times within that 5 seconds. Then if I get on it, it stops and does not happen again. I have not tried to see what would happen if I just let it continue to let it pulsate. It has only happened when the car is cold. This does not happen all the time. New air filter and oil change 3000 miles ago. Car only has 20,000 miles. Any Ideas.

I have and had both '93 and '92 and they both pulsate during warming up if I use the throttle at all, at all. Not quite the same symptoms as you, but still, I'd have thought Honda would have figured out a solution by now.
I let my car idle warm up for a good three, four, five minutes, before I touch the pedal/drive off.
Start engine, go back inside and finish getting ready. Takes care of it.
