Default F23a1 removed f23a4 installed HELP

Hey guys names ricky, im new here, not to hondabut to the forum....i have a 2000 accord Ex my f23a1 threw a rod so i had a spare f23a4 ULEV car thats a 99 sitting in the yard. So anyways changed motor to the f23a4 also changed exhaust manifold to original off of a1 and swapped o2 sensor to the wideband ulev o2 sensor. Tried to start it up and its turning over then blowing back like its out of time or the timing is retarded... I replaced dizzy, plugs, wires, checked timing marks and everything seems to be in order i also changed my ecu to the ulev ecu AND changed my ignition immobilizer from the ULEV CAR and had the key reprogrammed. All with the same result. Please help any info is so so appreciated. Thanks in advance RICKY

I think you should use the O2 sensor from the A1 because it matches the PCM in the car. Basically, you're turning the A4 engine into an A1 by using the manifold & O2 sensor from the A1. The PCM that's in the car is expecting to see an A1 engine.

This isn't "off-topic", it's a legit question about your Accord, so I'm going to merge it with the other post you made in General Tech.
