Exclamation failed emissions test.help

this is the read out the smog guy gave me.

speed....mph: reading target
15.4 15.0
load.....hp: 12.6 14.3

Gas reading limit
hc...ppm: 27 87
co...%: 0.00 0.51
co2..%: 12.7 blank
o2...%: 3.0 blank
no(x)..ppm: 2495 701

p.e.f....:0.486

Alright this was just a pretest.BUT as u can see my NOX level is WAYYYY high.I did some reading an it turns out the one of the main reasons for your NOX levels to be so high is because of a bad ERG valve.i checked my EGR valve an it seems to be working properly.i dont know what else it could be.vacuum leaks maybe?i dont know lol any help would be great.Thanks.Also since all my other levels are so low are right on target im not thinking CAT but i could be wrong.

vacuum leak, bad seals on the intake manifold or throttle body.i dont know lol it could be a combination or all these things. Also i was told when i bought this car from my brother that the engine had been rebuilt but i was hoping that the shop who swapped the h22a1 into my 94 ex DID not mess with the compression.if that is the case im screwed.ill have to get it illegally smogged.I dont know ill search for vacuum leaks today an see what i can find.any advice from you all would be awesome.also my first post was all nice a spaced out but it got all pushed together for some reason..haha

put your car's information in your signature, so we know what you are dealing with.

High NO levels can be caused by plugged EGR ports. I am not as familiar with the prelude 2.2 engine. If the intake is setup like the 2.2L accord in 94-97s, it will be a simple job. Google T2T013.pdf. The last two pages show the 94/97 accord setup.

If you have that plate on the intake manifold, then it will be pretty simple repair.
