Default Fan runs battery down (94 Accord)

When I take the key out of the ignition after stopping, the passenger side fan keeps running until it runs the battery down. But this only happens occasionally after driving a short distance. I have taken the Accord to several difference techs and noone can seem to fix the problem. What to do???????

I know this one because my car does it. Honda tech told me one of the fans isnt working anymore and so the other overcompensates for the lack of another fan and keeps spinning until the car decides it has properly cooled down.

It stays on for hours... until the battery is dead.

Temperature sensor B is on the passenger side of the engine block closest to the front of the car. It has a green electrical connector. See what happens when you unplug that sensor while the fan is running.

Also, which fan is turning on? The passenger or driver's side fan?

Okay I will try that next time it happens, It is the passenger side fan that runs.
