Found a plugged vacuum hose

Default Found a plugged vacuum hose

Here are a couple pictures of what hose and the general area. Anyone know what it is?

It goes to that canister looking device and the hose comes around and is plugged with a screw. I can't seem to find anything that it could connect to

Looked at my 95 EX Auto......There is "suppose" to be a port on the intake, just to the insode of the #4 injector....motor, head, intake, something been swapped on this car?

Not that I know of.. I will take a look. I believe that second picture is the EGR valve. It has two rubber hoses coming out. The top one is correct and the bottom one comes out runs into the metal lines and then to this plugged rubber hose. This hose is rather short I don't see where it could possibly connect to
