Negative cable from battery to rad support lowered the voltage. I am changing all the ground cables. Where does the 1N720-5K0-000 cable go. Here is the dealership illustration https://www.hondapartsnow.com/genuin...0-5k0-000.html
I am not sure what is in the illustration

I tried to enter your accord information based on your signature and the site says this doesn't fit your vehicle. What are numbers 1, 5, 6, or 7 in the diagram? It may give you a hint on the location.

I didn't realize this was a hybrid, so I entered the wrong vehicle. Looks like that ground is probably near the hybrid battery, but I'm not very familiar with the hybrid layout. I'd be careful around that batter as it has high voltage.

No. the car is Internal combustion engine. The part that I bought; is for a hybrid. My mistake when I looked it up. I am down to the check engine light comes on when the roads are wet and stays on but no limp mode issues, The codes are for a O2 sensor. It is getting bad gas mileage and at times has less power.
