Default Frame rusted up front

I'm in a bit off a pickle. I have had my 99 for a long time and the wife loves driving it. It recently started to need major repairs. First the gas tank started to leak so I told her to not put more that 1/2 a tank in to not have it leak out untill I could get some time to replace it. Then the brake line to the rear let go so the car was taken off the road. I figured that with 175k miles now would be a good time to replace the shocks/struts. The backs while I had everything out made sense.
NOW comes the new problem. I have had a popping sound in the front for a while now and assumed it was the struts. After a closer look I'm fairly sure it's the sub frame. How many pieces is the front sub? You can see in the pic's where the lower control arm connects that the frame is rusting through. Is it worth fixing? How hard is it to replace the frame?

The fun part will be finding a new/used one. Once you do clean it up real good and apply rust preventer and a new coat of black paint.

Changing out the sub frame is not that bad od a DIY. Many of these gen's seem to have an issue on the pass side about where the ac drain is - rust.

If you don't have a shop manual I'd suggest getting on as it will help with the R&R - automanualsource dot com has a real good one for ~$22.

I have a shop manual and yes that is the right (passenger) side.
I guess, if I can find a rust free one it's worth fixing.
Any suggestions on where to look?

Being in Ohio it might be a bit hard to find a "real good" one in a bone yard and the size/shape of the sub frame is such that shipping is out of the question.

You can try places like "car-part" to see what they have/show.
