Front end issues

Here's a picture of the front suspension, they don't even point out the radius arms in the shop manual. I put a circle around the bushings that are easy to overlook.

The caster adjustment section is only to show the bushings & washers assembled like they are supposed to line up.

I saw that I have the same manual.. I wonder why there is nothing about the replacement of these bushings? How does one even check to see if they are actually shot?
I guess I will keep searching and asking questions until Saturday when I can spend some more quality time under the car.....

Not sure why they don't stress those as being part of the front suspension. Check like any other bushing - try to move it around & see if its loose, clunks, squeaks, etc. Check whether the rubber is rotting & cracking?

And don't forget to check the subframe itself like Poorman suggested. I remember a thread where it was corroded below the AC evaporator drain & just about coming apart.
