Default Fuel cab??

I have a 2005 Honda Accord exl and the CHECK FUEL CAP DISPLAY KEEPS coming on when the cap is tight. I check it like 3 times and it is ok.

What could be the problem?
Problem just appeared today in the morning

It may take a little longer to clear. Otherwise, it may be the cap. If it the cap, then use a Honda genuine gas cap as the replacement.

Right now, give it some more time. Possibly go for a few drive cycles.

It usually clears up before that; but, wait a little.
