I'm not sure that has been tested, but it won't go through the injectors as only fuel goes through them. Use Seafoam for the full engine internal cleaning ..... I've never used it, but I intend to try it. It's recommended by many highly regarded HAF members.

I've used Chevron Techron in the gas tank. If you need to clean the injectors then your favorite cleaner has to go into the gas tank.

Sucking into the manifold will clean out the inside of the manifold, butthe cleanerwon't actually go thru the injectors.

What are you trying to accomplish?

Try Seafoam or you can find BG44K. The BG44K stuff is expensive though. And, it can only be found at a dealer. I went to a Pontiac dealer and got the BG stuff before. But, usually I use Seafoam which works well.

Put it in the fuel tank.........oddly enough, as the directions tell you to do.
