fuel issues, i think
i'd be about to give up but I just took this car around the US with not so much as a hiccup, before that dozens of times with the orinial motor and trans, so high miles but come on!
In June after the last trip I started to notice flatness when I'd give it throttle, also got harder and harder to start. Then it sat for a week and then it did not want to start, seemed like no spark or no fuel. It sat for another month. Diagnosed that it wasn't getting fuel and that it was pump or relay. Changed pump and filter.
Started right up but took about 20 minutes before it would idle smoothly. Started driving again and it seemed the more I did the better it was. What happens now is it dies when I come to a stop, and will not start away, but will in 5 minutes.
Yesterday I let it idle for a half hour before leaving, but it would still do this at red lights and I could crank but nothing and have to wait, driving me crazy.
Relay? There's about 6 gallons in the tank, going to give it more gas today and maybe find someone to do a general tune up, clean injectors, I have no idea. Thanks for reading my rant.

First of all we need to make sure you have correct voltage. Check your battery when car is off and then when it is idling. Report that voltage here.
Next you need to figure out if it is indeed fuel or spark when it stalls. Get a spark tester like this one: KD Tools 2756 HEI Ignition Tester
When it stalls pull out one of the plug wires and plug in the tester. then clip it to a ground and crank. Unless you do this at night you will not see a spark, but you will hear it snap when it arcs.
Test voltage
Test Spark when it stalls.
Also I need some more info:
This is an H22 swap in a 93 accord? How many miles on the engine?
Have you ever compression tested it?
any burning oil?
Have you pulled out the Main Relay?

Yes H22 Swap in 93 Accord, approacing 300k.
Compression test done recently, sounded ok, not burning any oil.
Haven't pulled the main relay yet, trying to find under steering wheel.
Maybe it was never the fuel pump because today it's back to not firing at all when I try to start. Spark tester looks great, getting one of those. I put a voltmeter in the dash, looks fine there.
