Glove box wont close!

the junk yard is always a possibility.... just get the parts you need.... If it's the bar that is broken and you can weld then that's one option, if it's the clasp mechanisim itself then you just need to get the part to fix it right or "rigg" something up

it requires a deepwell 5/8" socket and probably a 6" extension to go onto the ratchet. They make spark plug sockets designed specifically for this procedure that include a little rubber piece to help remove the plug after you unscrew it.... I personally just went to a pawn shop and paid lik $0.50 for the socket, I saw a craftsman tool kit there while I was in and that was $25.00 so I bought it as well.... but for about $3.00 at a local pawn shop you can get the tools you need (socket, extension, rachet) or go to a parts store and you'll pay 6-8 bucks for the socket alone but it will be new and shiney...

i got the spark plugs i just needed to get the socket, i have the wrench and the extension. I bought a socket set form walmart and when i tried to fit it to the spark plugs that i bought it was just a little too small and it was 3/4, wouldnt 5/8 be too big? i think 3/5 would fit it perfect.
SO i just need to get a 5/8 socket and that will work?

The plugs that I got required a 5/8 socket, however, if you want to play it safe just bring one of the plugs with you and make sure that the socket fits properly, also, like I mentioned get a "spark plug socket" not just a 5/8 deepwell and it will make removal and installation MUCH easier.... If a 3/4 (6/8) was to small then a 5/8 is going to be smaller yet and you'll probably need a 13/16 as hondadude mentioned... But definitly the safest way to be sure is just take one of the plugs with you and check it right there in the store
