Default good clutch for 00 accord v4?

just want to start off by saying im new to the forum so i hope i posted this in the right place.

aright. well i got myself a 00 accord a couple days ago and it needs a new clutch. im looking for something to be able to take high speeds with, but at the same time be good for normal driving. i was looking into ACT clutches, but a friend of mine said while switching gears its real jerky. so im not sure what to get at this point.

thanks for any responses!

*its a v4 2.3L engine*

Post is in the right place.
You have an in-line 4-cyl engine. Honda doesn't offer a V-4 in the cars.

OK...
The clutch has NOTHING to do with "taking high speeds". The ONLY time the clutch is working AT ALL is during the 1-second or less interval while you are in the process of lifting the clutch pedal. THAT'S IT.

Once the clutch is fully engaged, it DOES NOT KNOW OR CARE how fast you're going.

So ... Do you need a clutch for tire-smoking burnouts? Then you can decide about putting up with a strong clutch pedal and abrupt engagement.

If you drive away normally when the light turns green, then any clutch will work just fine for 125mph highway speeds.

The ACT clutch system will be a very good one to use.
