I have an 06 accord v6. I have upgraded the power wire from the battery to fuse box ,ground to body and grounded to motor mount for engine . All with 1/0 gauge wire . I have purchased a 240 amp alternator and I am going to install it. I am confused about how to wire the alternator. Should I completely replace factory wire to fuse box from alternator? Or run a new wire from alternator directly to battery? If it is suggested to replace factory wire is this wire connected to anything other than the fuse box and alternator will it hurt to rip it out? And NOW the famous E.L.D. if I run the parking lights all the time will that make my alternator charge at full voltage?
