p28 want run the secondary runners. Can hook them up to a vac line but won't engage t the right rpm....but still works. You can also delete your butterflies and add a spacer (search google and see what I mean

Redline as soon as it starts.
The "butterfly delete" works on intake manifolds that have a set of secondary (short) runners that open up only at high RPM. You remove THOSE butterflies so the secondaries are open all the time.
At high RPM the butterflies are removed, so you lose the flow resistance of the open butterflies being there.
But at low RPM you lose the resonant action of the long runners because they're short-circuited by the secondaries. You'll lose some low-RPM torque in order to gain some high-RPM power.

Jim- my old h22 had the port job that deleted the butterflies and my engine NEVER redline at start up. Where did you hear that from?
And yes you will lose a little bit of low end to gain your top end. But the low end you lose isn’t all that noticeable. After a week of driving it you will never have know the difference. There is give and take in the performance world just remember that.
