Question had a EGRV engine light now gone problem not fixed

So I have a 1992 Honda accord lx. And it has a ruff idel. It had a check engine line and I used the blue plug in the passager kick panel and jump it and it told me code 12 over and over witch. Code 12 is EGRV so I then took it off and cleaned it and now the light is gone. But car still don't idel right. Also dose anyone know ware the idel screw is on my model. Car I can't seem to find it. Thanks

Remove the 7.5 amp backup/radio fuse in the engine bay fuse box for a minute. Then start the car and allow it to reach operating temperature by idling. This helps the engine computer to relearn the idle.

gotta start with the basics, plugs, cap & rotor, wires, how many miles? checked timing yet? EGR probably not related unless it is stuck on. hard to say without more info.
