That has been covered a ton of times. You can search crank bolt.

There are a few ways to get the bolt out. Borrow/rent a bigger impact wrench. Heat. There is a special holder tool for the crank pulley. Then you can use a breaker bar and a cheater pipe to use brute force to break that bolt.

The easiest option would be to take it to a shop have them break the bolt loose, then snug it back on.

I couldn't find the crank holding tool in loaner tools at any nearby auto parts stores, so i made one. I bought a 1.5" pipe bushing at menards and welded it to a 1/4", 2" wide piece of flat stock approximately two feet long, then drilled a hole through the flat stock that my socket could fit through. Then used a breaker bar with a 6' cheater pipe, even at that, it took all I had to break it loose... But I did get it
