Default Head Unit Replacement

I recently got a 500 watt RMS sub for my 2006 Honda accord and I'm looking for a head unit that will work with my steering wheel controls and temp controls since its not the standard stereo (has navigation) this is the best head unit I've been able that seems to fit well and work but the shipping is ridiculous, (https://www.seicane.com/hd-touchscre...visor-s301188f) does anyone know a good head unit that I can use, I'd like to have bluetooth with it and preferably a backup camera but thats not a priority. Any suggestions or anywhere to buy this head unit without the 112$ shipping?

You will have to shop around to find one with the expensive shipping. Unless you find a used one on ebay, you will probably find the total cost (price + shipping) will be pretty close across the board. It will depend on your budget.
