depending on what kind of mileage you have it may still be under warranty. If it's not and it has heated mirrors most of them have a little emblem on them that looks like the defrost button.
The bottom part of the heated seats: either buy a new one from the dealer or you can find lots of them for about $50-$100 all over the net.
