Heavy / Stiff Clutch Pedal.....SOS
It's an 04 accord with 115K. The clutch pedal is very hard to push down as of recently. I started at the slave and replaced that. Still no change. I was thinking of changing the master next (which seems to be buried back there). Could it be the clutch itself? Thanks for the help.

Get a friend to help...
V-6 or 4-cyl engine??
Take the clutch throw-out lever & push it against the slave, compressing the piston inwards. While holding it, have your friend try the clutch pedal & pay attention to the force needed. Don't pinch your fingers...
At first the motion will only take up the slack that you created by compressing the slave piston. Does THAT require excessive force or is it easy? If EASY, then the problem is in the clutch.
If that first part of the pedal motion requires excessive force, then look at the clutch pedal hinges, or the clutch master cylinder.
