pull up the e-brake all the way(while holding the button, standing by to let it down), hold the wheel tight, hold the brake with your left foot, give it alittle gas to maybe 1700rpm, then let off the brake completely and floor it. when you start gaining traction, let down the e brake.

It's hard to burnout with automatic. Get a 3.5 V6 accord with a manual. I burnout all the time
