Help fixing a Honda Accord 2000 Coupe Broken Passenger side Mirror
I already had a bad passenger side accident but yesterday unfortunately when I was backing my car, I hit a pillar in the parking garage and broke my passenger side mirror. I found some replacements available but I wanted to find out if I can replace the mirror myself or I have to go to a mechanic to get it done. If I can handle it myself, are there any instructions available?
The links I found are selling it for about $50 and are give below:
Amazon
1aauto
I am not sure if I am looking at the right model but the mirror in my car can be controlled using the driver side switches so kindly let me know if I am looking at the wrong model. The damage itself can be gleaned from the picture give below. As the last picture shows, I had already damaged my passenger side door and patched it up myself. I am not sure if I have to buy the mirror or just replace the entire door. Not sure which one is worthwhile as I am not sure how much it costs to replace the entire door. The car currently has 159K miles on it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Instructions to replace the mirror is here:

On many Hondas, the door panel does not need to be removed. On yours, you may have to remove the interior door panel to get to the electrical connector plug.

@redbull-1: Thank you for the reply. I will follow those instructions.
@PAhonda: I just got one for $58.00. Do you have any recommendation on how much I should be spending? A few junk yards I was searching were selling this for $64.00 to $140.00.

A new one at the dealership would be ~$200. The discount places online are ~$140 before shippinng, so anything below $140 is deal to me.
I found a U-Pull-It place about 20 minutes from my place that was pretty cheap for parts. It can be hit and miss, because you have to go there and look for accords that have the same part you need.
That is why I like car-part.com, because you may find a yard nearby that will sell one for way less than you would buy when new. If not, then you can go with aftermarket. I used aftermarket ones before for my sisters grand am and didn't have a problem with the fit.

A huge thank you to everyone for helping me out with this. Really appreciate it. I managed to fix it and took me less than an hour to do it. The mirror from 1aauto was a perfect fit and works like the original one.
