Default HIGH mileage clutch replacement

So I've got a 91 CB7 with just over 430k miles and the original 5 spd in it, synchros grind a bit going into 3rd and sometimes won't go into 1st unless I pull it back into second then try first again. Anyways, just did the clutch and am wondering if there's any tips or tricks as to what kind of fluid I should fill with

Yeah I was seriously considering the Synchromesh, I'm gonna have to look into what the difference is between the Honda shtuff and the gm though. Im glad I'd checked online cause i (without thinking about it) grabbed the good ol synthetic Lucas 75w-90 lol

In an old 91 shop manual I found online, the recommended manual transmission oil is grade SE or SF oil with a 10w-30 or 10w-40 viscosity.
