Default Honda Accord 2005 AC temperature control not working well

1. I have a dual AC system. the dual part doesnt work too well most of the time (IE lets say I put driver side to low and the passenger to 75, it seems the passenger side will just blow really cold air like the driver side. If I put it all the way to heat, it will blow heat just fine.)

2. It doesn't change temperature that much. On low, it is freezing like it should be. At ~70, it feels just barely above freezing (even though 70 is about halfway on the ****).

3. The AC will cool down a lot when I am accelerating no matter what temperature its at.

I just took it a Honda dealer and they said it was overcharged, charged me 120 to do it over and it still has the same problem

Any ideas? Im glad it is too cold instead of too hot, and I am not terribly worried about it, but it would be nice to be able to have an average temperature instead of really cold or heat.

PS is this something that could be fixed or helped by bleeding the coolant?

Refer to post # 4 for instructions for self diagnostic of HVAC to see if there are any trouble codes:

I tried both ways, and no codes came up.
