Honda Accord 94' D4 Light blinking and car won't start at all
I have searched all of the forums for a solution to my problem. I have seen people post about how their cars wont start briefly but eventually get it going. Mine hasn't started in almost a week. I just got an oil change, new battery and replaced spark plugs, and the car has roughly 110k miles on it.
I have tried this website to see the codes I might have but I am not exactly sure how to read them.
CEL Check Engine Light
I turn the key to the II position and start counting. I get 1 then it pauses, then 8, pause , then a 13 and a 14 and then it starts over again. Do I add them all together or count each individual? I know this is probably a dumb question but I would really appreciate the help. I can take a video and upload it as well if this would help?
I really need my car so I can stop mooching off of everybody for a ride.

The code 14 points to a problem with the ECU. Code 13 does as well. Did the check engine light flash any codes? Or did the check engine light stay turned on?
You can search on car-part.com for an ECU by distance or price to find one at a junkyard in your area for a reasonable price.

The code 14 points towards replacing the ECU. The ECU is under the carpet on the passenger side of the car near the firewall. You pull back the carpet and remove a plate, where the ECU and TCU are bolted to it.
If you go to the common diy thread on top of the gen tech help forum, you can open the thread to online shop manuals. The honda-tech link has a 94 shop manual that will show you how to remove the ECU.
