Honda Accord V6 2004 seat belt issue

Hi,
When I want to unbuckles the driver's seat belt, I have to work very hard. One day, I could be stick in the car.
does anybody have a tip for me to fix that issue.

Not 100% sure, but I think you can take it to the dealer and they have to fix it for free (liability and safety reasons).

Is it hard to pull the belt or the latch is getting stuck in the buckle?

Earlier Hondas have a seatbelt warranty "for the useful life of the car", like my 2003 Accord. Somewhere between then & my 2007 Civic that changed to 150k-mile / 15-year warranty on seatbelt. That is in the USA; other countries are probably different.

Read your warranty book. Either way the seatbelts are warrantied for a lot longer than the rest of the car.
