Default Horn and srs connection behind steering wheel

Hi,
I have a Honda Accord 2001 (W) 1.8i S Manual and My horn is not working along with the srs light staying on. I had it checked and was told that the "Horn and SRS connector" behind the steering wheel ( a black plastic ring that spins around with the steering wheel held on with 3 screws, to allow connections to the steering wheel airbag and horn buttons) is faulty. Does anyone know the correct name for this part and does it come separate as my local honda dealer cannot find it on his parts screen to order it?????

excellent! let us know if you need any help with installation, don't forget to disconnect your battery before you replace it.... ALWAYS disconnect your battery before working with anything airbag related...
