How to reset maintenance minder
hi everyone this is my first post at this forum. Here is my question. My honda accord 2008 four cylinders is saying B-1 oil life is 15%. I was told that I needed to rotate my four tires and change the oil and filter. I have done that, the display have not return to showing the mileage. Do I have to reset something on the car? Thank you for any help provided.

After doing the work, YOU have to reset it.
(this information should be in your owner's manual)
Key ON.
Select the oil % display by repeatedly pressing the odometer/select/reset button.
Press & hold the odometer/select/reset button until that display flashes.
Release the button.
Press & hold it again - hold it until the display goes back to 100%.
Your owners manual package (actually the service/maintenance booklet) should have a list of all the things that you should do for A-1, B-2, A-1-2, or whatever combination is displayed.
ps... I moved this over to General Tech where it belongs.
