I'm gonna move this to General Tech. You're fixing a car, so it's not OFF-topic.

Ok I finally got it to crank with a jumpstart from the accord. It shot water out of the first cylinder a couple times. Then, it stopped cranking again. Here is a video of it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G7dZ3HRtkGE And it happened yesterday right after I bought it.

Seeing water spit up like that isn't a good sign.

I would suggest getting a long hose and use a turkey baster (or rig it up to a shop vac) to remove any water through each spark plug hole. Pull the valve cover off and get any water out of the top of the cylinder head too. Maybe pull the intake manifold to remove water.

I don't have any good suggestions to help remove any residual water.

try turning the engine manually...get a 19 mm socket, extension and a rachet and turn the engine , plugs out of course if engine turns over a few times smoothly you are in luck,,,,,,,if engine is hard to turn and or locks on you ,, most likely you got bent piston rod (s) .........try it and post the results...

Yea but I mean, I can't even get the engine to turn over at all. It only did when it shot the water out of the cylinder then it stopped. Now I just found out that I can't even roll/push the car at all in neutral, it is stuck somehow. Also what exactly do I turn on the engine?

You should be able to push the car in neutral.

Put a deep 19mm socket on the crank pulley bolt. Try to turn the engine using a breaker bar. I don't know what direction the 99 prelude engine spins, but make sure that you turn it in the correct direction.

meh about the crank. I can't do it. As for pushing the prelude it isn't working. I had a bunch of people try to push it in neutral wit the clutch in and out.

OK a reason that I cant even push my car could be that someone was pressing the brake when the car was off so it built up pressure in the caliper. Also how do I get to/find the crank pulley? I might just give it a shot. Now if I do find the pulley, would it loosen it at all?

Not a chance you're going to get that bolt to loosen with merely a socket and a breaker bar haha. But then again you don't want it to. Hang on I'm going to try to find a diagram for you. Unless JimBlake beats me to it. He is the diagram king.

Here's a video of someone removing a crank pulley bolt on a Civic. The location of the bolt should be similar on the Prelude (at least I think).
