Update! Idk. I actually put a small amount of Acetone to dry up the moisture/water in the cylinders and then some marvel mystery oil into the cylinders and let it sit for a little over an hour. Then I was able to freely spin the crank Counter Clockwise! Then when I went to start the car it cranked for like a half of a second, and then stopped and went back to the normal no engine turn over. Now I can't turn the crank at all. I'm going to wait until tomorrow to try it again.
