I don't see how the fuel pump could cause your problem. It only gets power from the main fuel relay. If the relay keeps supplying power, then the fuel pump will continue to run. There is no way for a failing fuel pump to keep the main fuel relay turned on.

Ok so i noticed that when i..........i tried it just to be sure..............clicked the relay into the harness it clicked once should that be the case? and also there are some dry Saunders on the circuit board.....so should i order one from ebay or pay the full price at the dealership?

I'm not sure what you mean. Should the connector click once?
You should unplug the MFR and test for continuity on the non red/blk injector wire. See if the circuit is open. Post back your results.

fragments of information sucks when we can't post a BIG LONG post all together in one place.
So the non-red/black wire is supposed to be momentarily switched between open & ground by the ECU. With the ECU unplugged, that wire should NOT be connected to ground.
With the ECU plugged back in, that non-red/black wire should only be connected to ground in pulses.If it'scontinuously grounded, then maybe the ECU is fried.
