Default Idle & Fuel Pressure Issue???

The problem(s) I am having are:
At a stop sign or light (wherever I stop) if I have the car in Drive with my foot on the brake the car the engine studders and the rpms visually drop. If I shift to neutral or park the problem seems to go away. It's not all the time seems to do it more as the car warms up more in stop and go traffic. I don't think it would be the Idle Air Control Valve because it seems to me that would do it in park and nuetral also? It has been seeming to get worst recently. On Monday I stoped at a store to get a few things when I cranked the car to leave it cranked then died twice. Then it would just turn over but not crank, let it sit for a few minutes then it cranked and got me home.

I have fuel pressure gauge mounted to the end of my fuel rail so when I got home I cranked the car and checked that. The pressure was around 30 at idle (the car was not acting up at the time) as I reved the car at the throttle body the pressure would move up and down as it should as I reved and released. As soon as I turned the car off how ever the pressure immediatly dropped to zero (it used to stay up a while after I turned it off). I cranked and turn it off a few times all with the same pressure results. One time I heard what sounded like some sort of air leaking away then what sounded like some sort of valve closing.

repeat your pressure test, then pull out the spark plugs to see if you can 'sniff out' a flooded cylinder. might be an injector leak down problem.
Also pull off the vacuum line to the FPR and see if there is raw gas in it, that would mean rutured diaphram in the regulator.
Don't rule out the IACV needs to have it's screen cleaned as there is way less engine load in park or neutral

sounds like a fuel pressure regulator. I believe it is 32-40 at idle with vacuum connected or 47-54 vacuum disconnected. could also be clogged egr ports. engine light on?
