Small bubbles are a consequence of vacuum bleeding and don't cause a problem as they don't get into any permanent fluid in the system. They occure when air enters around the loose bleeder into stream leaving the caliper.

good luck

Thanks! I was starting to freak out. I haven't done it in a while and don't remember having all the tiny bubbles.

After a lifetime of pedal pump bleeding I bought a vacuum bleeder from Harbor Freight. I've done 5 vehicles now w/o problems.

Some folks remove the bleeder and pack grease around the bleeder to prevent air bubbles. I suspected there would be no problems w/ allowing bubbles to enter at the bleeder and this has proved to be the case. No problems w/ soft pedal at all.

good luck

I used a vacuum bleeder and get all the tiny bubbles. I tried to pack grease around the base of the bleed screw, without removing the bleed screw. That was a big improvement, but it's difficult to smear the grease around without leaving an opening somewhere.

But then I got a pressure bleeder and I like that a little better yet.
